The Tribunal is a twist introduced in War of the Worlds. The top three winning players will be named the Tribunal. They will nominate three players for elimination, and then vote in one of those players to compete.

War of the Worlds[]
In War of the Worlds, the top three teams or players of each challenge are declared the winners, and they form the Tribunal. The Tribunal will nominate three teams or players to compete in the Killing Floor. After discussing with each nominee, the Tribunal will individually vote in one of the nominees to compete in the Killing Floor.
War of the Worlds 2[]
The Tribunal twist returns in War of the Worlds 2. The winning team will choose a speaker, and the speaker will choose one guy and one girl to form the Tribunal with them. The Tribunal will watch over the losing team's vote and discuss with that player on possible opponents. The Tribunal will then vote in the loser's opponent from any team at the Proving Ground.

Total Madness[]
In Total Madness, the Tribunal is made up of the challenge winners. They will nominee three as possible opponents against the losers' votes. They will vote in opponents for the losers' votes to compete against in Purgatory, or they can nominate themselves for a chance to earn a Red Skull. During double eliminations, four players are nominated.
