After his dramatic debut on Real World: Skeletons, fidelity-impaired Tony teams up with his sassy little bro, Shane, for an opportunity to win big. With a serious girlfriend back home, Tony attempts to keep his head in the game and his hands to himself, but his addiction to blondes quickly sidetracks their game. Shane worries, "I have to watch my brother. He loves women, so if he can keep the right head in the game, then I think we'll do fine." As Shane struggles to put out his brother's romantic fires left and right, he soon finds himself the target of his brother's unpredictable antics.

Hot-tempered Camila got into an intense shouting match with lightning rod Tony on Battle of the Bloodlines. Now that they're paired up, Camila is blown away by Tony's boyish naivety and arrogance, seething, "I'm stuck with that douchebag? He's just such a big child." Putting gunpowder and dynamite on the same team is a dangerous proposition, and Tony worries, "I'm going to have to walk on eggshells! She’s so emotionally unstable and can be so mean. I have to keep it in check, but I still have to be myself." Fireworks will be launched one way or the other, but can their outbursts be channeled back into the competition? After five Challenge appearances including making the Finals on Vendettas, Tony is definitely not a rookie anymore, but he isn't a big winner either, as he continues to search for that elusive grand prize. And with two young daughters back home and a girlfriend he hopes to make his fiancé very soon, Tony has a lot to fight for, and a lot to prove. Can Tony show that he has what it takes to make it all the way this time? Or will he let his pride and ego get in the way of him becoming a true Challenge champion? For much of Challenge history, Tony was like Bananas' little brother, looking to him for guidance and friendship while he navigated the treacherous waters of the game. But Tony eventually realized that he would never win it all unless he stepped out of Bananas' shadow, so on The Challenge: Vendettas, he took matters into his own hands by pulling one of the all-time shocking backstabs in show history, sending a stunned Bananas into the elimination that doomed him. Somehow, some way, these former buddies turned enemies will have to figure out how to work together while still suffering from an open wound that hasn’t healed.
Tony was medically disqualified from the game prior to the "Air to the Throne" challenge due to rupturing his spleen during the "Meet Me Halfway" challenge.
Despite being the winning representative of the "Gladieater" challenge, Tony was sent into the elimination after he and Averey were unable to come to a decision on who to send into the Arena.
Post-Challenge[]
Tony and his now-wife, Alyssa Giacone, attended the wedding of CT Tamburello and Lilianet Solares in the special two-week event, The Challenge: CT's Getting Married, in 2018.
Tony appeared on the eighth episode of the second season of MTV's How Far Is Tattoo Far? where he and Alyssa exchanged tattoos.
