Sylvia Marie Membreno-Elsrode is a contestant from Real World: Skeletons. She was a finalist on Final Reckoning. She also competed on Invasion of the Champions, Vendettas, and All Stars 3.

Hoping to take her passion to the next level, Sylvia is desperate for a win, stating, "Winning this money would be all I need to get myself in the direction that I want to go, which is having my own event space." However, when sweet Sylvia is thrown into a pack of unruly Underdogs, she finds the last thing on everyone's mind is unity. A short fuse simmers behind a friendly face, ready to explode as allegiances form. After entering the game with a few other Real World: Skeletons castmates, she quickly finds herself pitted between old allies and new faces, hell-bent on betrayal. Will a more serene Sylvia prevail over the tear-inducing politics, or will mind games have her backstabbing some of her closest friends on the way to the Final?

And her game might suffer because of her relationships with past Skeletons housemates Tony and Nicole Z. An Invasion of the Champions rewind: She gave into peer pressure and voted Tony into elimination (despite their pre-existing friendship). Can Sylvia mend the broken bonds with her old roommates, or will she need to look elsewhere for alliances to keep her safe in the game?

That bit Sylvia in the butt when Joss voted her into elimination, leaving her shocked and heartbroken. - Sylvia was the only contestant on Vendettas to earn a Grenade and not be able to use it.
