I wanted to challenge myself mentally, physically and emotionally and do something I've never done before.
I have turned down a few reality tv shows before, but it's important for me as an African Australian to be able to do something to show other African Australians that this is fun and it's something you should definitely do.
How did you prepare for The Challenge?
I was training everyday. I was running everyday. I had a personal trainer and joined a few gyms in Sydney where I had serious routines that I was doing. Also, I was watching other versions of The Challenge to get a good understanding of how the game is played and what may or may not happen.
