My Own Worst Frenemy is the 11th episode of The Challenge: Battle for a New Champion.

Description[]

One contender is shocked when their alliance nominates them for elimination, another player has a feeling their past is catching up with them, and one couple takes it to the next level.

Challenge[]

Location: Pula, Croatia
Challenge: Banquet of Champions
Played in four randomly assigned teams of four, teams must transfer three numbered boxes across a field to their team's dinner table. Before transferring each box, the team must answer a trivia question with two possible answers. If they answer correctly, their box will be lighter but if they are incorrect, they must transfer a heavier box. Upon transferring all of their boxes, teams will then form a code to unlock four dishes at their table consisting of brain soup, skin and colon stew, boar snout and ear, and a "spicy surprise." The first team to consume all of their dishes wins.

Arena: Chain Reaction
Players must pull a multicolored chain through a pyramid to retrieve the code at the end and unlock a box containing 100 colored pegs. Once unlocked, they must arrange the pegs on their board to recreate the color sequences on the chains they pulled. The first player to correctly rearrange the pegs on their board wins.
