Teams will be placed on opposite sides of a narrow hallway with male players at the front and the opposing female player behind them. On TJ's signal the male player must run as fast as they can through the hallway to ring their bell at which point they will switch off with their female partner who will do the same. Challenge: Don't Let Me Down
For the first time ever the challenge is played at night. On TJ's signal teams must descend the side of a 50 story building using a series of ropes. With five sets of ropes in total the teams goal is to cross as many ropes that they can as a pair. In the event that a teammate falls, their partner may continue on to see how far they can go. Once teams have descended the final rope they will reach and ring a bell. The team to reach the farthest distance as a pair the fastest will win the challenge and nominate another team for the Dome. The last-place team will go straight to the Dome. In the event that all of the teams reach the same distance as a pair, the team with the individual player to reach the farthest distance will win.
