Love Sick is the third episode of The Challenge: Battle of the Exes II.

Description

The house gets disheartening news when Diem's worsening medical condition forces her and CT to leave the game. Past rivalries resurface as the power couple puts veteran teams in the hot seat.

Challenge

Location: Pedasí, Panama
Challenge: On Again, Off Again
Teams will start the challenge placed on a structure over water with a 30 foot zip-line going across the pond. On TJ's signal, teams must hang on to the zip-line which will simultaneously be spinning the players as it goes down. Teams must then swim out and around to a red buoy, then back toward the shore to the bell. If a player falls from the zip-line prematurely, they must swim whatever remaining distance there is. The team with the fastest time will win and nominate another team for the Dome. The team with the slowest time will automatically be sent to the Dome.

Elimination

Dome: He Said, She Said
Alternating between who bets and who eats every round, players will bet against their opponent on how much their partner can eat of a certain food within three minutes. If the opponent believes their teammate can consume more, they will continue raising the bet until one of the players calls the other out. If the eater can consume all that their partner had bet, the team earns a point. If they cannot eat the dish, the opposing team earns a point. The elimination is played best out of three with the winners rejoining the game and the losers being eliminated. Foods provided in the elimination are brownies, sticks of yucca, and patacones.
