Kina Dean

Kina Dean is a contestant from Road Rules: X-Treme. She is the champion of The Gauntlet 2. She also competed on Battle of the Sexes 2 and The Duel.

Battle of the Sexes 2[]

High: Kina is an outspoken and honorable teammate. When Derrick was being a homophobic a-hole to Danny, Kina wouldn't let him get away with it. Kina's decision to play fair and pull names out of the hat the second time the X-TREME team had to send someone home was admirable... too bad it was her name that was picked.

Lows: We saw Kina's jealous side come out when Jodi hooked up with that hot guy from England.

Relationships: Derrick flirted with her, but she denied his advances and they became good buddies. Kina was replaced by Angela, so we'll see if there are any hard feelings between them.

We met Kina during her X-TREME road trip. Her decision to play fair and pull names out of the hat when the team had to send someone home was admirable... it's just too bad it was her name that was picked. As a new girl, she was voted out of Battle of the Sexes 2 fairly quickly, but she showed us what she was made of during The Gauntlet 2. With the loving support of hottie boyfriend Randy, she battled Rookie girl after Rookie girl and won. She took her role as captain very seriously and wasn't going to let anyone jeopardize the team. When Cara and Susie were rumored to be conspiring with the Vets, she confronted the alleged schemers, pulling Cara into the Gauntlet and after a brutal battle she sent her packing and led her team to Challenge victory. With Randy sitting this Challenge out, will Kina be able to survive on her own?

Post-Challenge[]

Kina was one of the six alumni invited to return on Road Rules 2007: Viewers' Revenge alongside Abram Boise, Adam Larson, Shane Landrum, Susie Meister, and Veronica Portillo. She remained on the RV for the entire season and won the handsome reward.
Kina attended The Real World Awards Bash in 2008.
