Controversy[]
- In October 2011, Tonya Cooley filed charges that she was raped with a toothbrush while passed out by Kenny and Evan Starkman during filming of The Ruins. The case was settled in an out of court settlement on October 24, 2012. The details of the settlement have not been made public.
