Then: Bubbly and constantly craving attention, Katie was Jisela's loud replacement on The Quest.
Now: Katie recently modeled for Playboy magazine. She also recently hosted Spring Break events in Cancun for Student City, and Maxim. Katie lives with Trishelle in LA, which could cause conflict in this season's Challenge.
Relationships: Her boyfriend just got a job on All My Children and moved to New York. She may decide that now's a good time to be single.
Best Known For: Her potty mouth and her abnormally large big toe.
Hottest Pre-Inferno Moment: Her fight with Veronica and the entire Road Rules team on The Gauntlet.
Loose Ends: It's no secret that Katie hated her Road Rules team on The Gauntlet and they hated her. If she had her own way, she'd become an honorary member of the Real World team. She's tight with Trishelle, her roommate back in L.A., but had a blow out with Veronica on The Gauntlet. Plus, she's been known to talk trash about her team members and give away team strategy.
Battle of the Sexes 2
High: Beating everyone she faced in The Inferno, especially Julie, which kept her on the Road Rules team, against all odds (and Veronica's wishes). She managed to pull a Sarah and walk away with the cash and the car when all was said and done.
Lows: Being generally hated by her Road Rules team on The Gauntlet and The Inferno is not good for one's confidence.
Relationships: Katie had a knock-down-drag-out fight with "Verancula" during the Inferno; will she be able to forget about their volatile past and make nice for the sake of the team?
She may have been a hate-magnet for Road Rulers on The Inferno, but she managed to beat everyone (especially Julie) and walk away with the cash and the car. Her appearances on the Battle of the Sexes 2 and The Gauntlet 2, were fairly drama-free, despite being classified by some teammates as a member of the "FCW." She and Derrick have become rather close buds over the last few challenges. She made it to the end of The Gauntlet 2 but her team was defeated in the final mission.
The Gauntlet III
It wasn't long ago that she was screaming at a half-naked Veronica at The Inferno, but with her appearance on Fresh Meat emerged a calmer, less-likely-to-scream at-the-thought-of-potential-elimination Katie. Her athletic ability is often questioned, but with a team of friends behind her, will it matter?
The Duel II
Katie was the winner in her second Challenge entry, The Inferno, and saw defeat in the final mission in The Gauntlet III. So, no doubt about it, she's a pro who comes to win. Since we last saw Katie, she's been living in Chicago and is finishing up film school with an eye on getting "a real job" and marrying her boyfriend. But right now she's focused on New Zealand and there isn't anyone there who can afford not to keep an eye on her. She's been training hard to prepare and says that she's sick of "relying on a bunch of pretentious, manipulative, deceitful liars." What does that mean for the rest of The Duel II competitors? Katie says firmly, "It's all me this time."
Since her debut on The Gauntlet, Katie has gained a reputation for being one of the most explosive personalities to ever take part in a Challenge. However, this pint-sized firecracker is recently engaged and claims to have calmed down. Nonetheless, Katie is determined to win The Ruins and bank some cold hard cash. But old habits die hard, especially during the rigors of a Challenge. Can the notoriously short-fused Katie keep herself under control in Thailand or will she snap under pressure?
Since her last appearance on The Ruins, Katie has ended her engagement, but has quickly recovered, revealing, "I'm probably the happiest I've been in a while. I left Chicago after my engagement ended and decided to move to Tennessee to go to school full time." Cutthroat marks Katie's ninth Challenge and while she doesn't always win, she always goes out swinging. Known for her loud mouth and her fiery attitude, Road Rules: The Quest alum Katie is unpredictable and always one to watch.
