After an eye-opening season on Real World: Brooklyn, Katelynn continued drawing awareness to transgender issues through a college lecture circuit and by joining the Human Rights Campaign as a spokesperson. But her good works haven't muted her Fresh Meat II ambitions, as she declares, "I'm not here to educate. I'm here to win!" Often walking the fine line between outspoken and abrasive, she might hit a snag as she wades through the treacherous waters of Challenge social dynamics for the first time. We'll see if this brain has enough brawn to survive the physical rigors of the challenges!

One of the most colorful characters from Real World: Brooklyn, Katelynn is back for her second Challenge, and this time she's determined to prove herself. But we'll see how she does when paired with her rival, a sometimes bossy player who has accused her of being "no Olympic athlete." Katelynn is the first to admit that she has her weaknesses, "I don't do so well at heights and I have a deathly fear of water. And I'm not good at most sports." However, Katelynn insists that her intelligence has made her a go-to puzzle solver and that her martial arts skills will ensure that she is a force to be reckoned with.
Katelynn & Brandon were disqualified after Brandon consumed alcohol prior to the Exile. It had been implied, though, that Katelynn would have been physically incapable of competing after she suffered a severe knee injury during the "King of the Wall" challenge.
