Helter Shelter is the third episode of The Challenge: Invasion of the Champions.

Cory takes a big risk in order to earn his ticket to The Oasis. One player's nerves become too much to handle at a terrifying elimination.
Challenge[]
Location: Nong Thale Lake, Krabi, Thailand
Challenge: Shell Shocked
Players will divide themselves into pairs and rush toward their boats to head out onto the lake. On the lake there are four checkpoints with coconuts. The pairs goal is to retrieve coconuts from every checkpoint, bring them back to the shore, and shoot them into a basket until it falls to the floor. The first pair to get their net to touch the ground will win their ticket to The Oasis and pick one male and one female to send into elimination.

Elimination: Who's Got Balls
Players will make their way to a platform 300 feet from the ground. On TJ's signal, players will reach into a basket and grab five balls. Once they have those balls, they will jump off the platform, holding onto their balls. The player who manages to hold on to the most balls is the winner, but if both players hold onto the same number of balls the results will be based on time.
