The All Stars confront their worst fears in a terrifying new challenge high above the water. A pair of adversaries are thrust into a new partnership and must put their bad blood aside to stay in the game. TJ's twist sends players scrambling as they try to avoid the Arena.

Location: Andes Mountains, Argentina
Challenge: Escape the Room
Two teams at a time, teams begin in a container above water with each team member standing on a trapdoor in front of their puzzle. Each member must solve their puzzle before their trapdoor opens. At pre-determined intervals, the trapdoors open, dropping one team member into the water each time. The team with the most puzzles solved wins.

Arena: Pull Me Over
Team members begin on a stump across from their opponent of the same gender, with a rope in between them. They must pull their opponent off the stump, or retrieve all the rope to win their matchup. If both team members win their matchup, their team is awarded a point. The first team to two points wins.
