Best Known For: Flirting with Julie, hosting The Grind and last year's Battle of the Seasons. One of the older cast members on the Challenge, Eric is often looked up to as a team captain. From The Grind to exercise videos, Eric has also made a very successful career out of his Real World fame. Lows: Eric cheated on the Battle of the Sexes on the "Arms Up" mission. Doh! He better play fair this time, Jonny will be watching him like a hawk! Relationships: His long-time buddy Mark will be on his team again. - Eric attended The Real World 10th Anniversary Special in 2001.
- Eric and Mark Long served as co-hosts for Battle of the Seasons (2002).
- Eric attended The Real World Awards Bash in 2008.
- Eric reunited with his original Real World roommates on Paramount+'s The Real World Homecoming: New York. He tested positive for COVID-19 at the time of filming and only joined the cast via video chat.
- Eric appeared in the fifth episode of The Real World Homecoming: Los Angeles where he joined the cast for a spiritual experience in Joshua Tree.
