Dirty Little Secret is the sixth episode of The Challenge: Battle of the Bloodlines.

One team's performance falls apart when they fail to communicate during the challenge. Bananas pulls a jaw-dropping move that makes the entire house question his loyalty.

Location: Yalıkavak, Turkey
Challenge: Family Connection
Teams will each be given helmets with square panels attached to them to wear. On TJ's signal, teams must pull a rope that will dispense a ball. They must use only their heads to transfer the ball to the other side of the beach. The team to transfer the most balls the fastest will win and nominate a female player from the losing team for elimination. The losing team will also nominate one of their own female players for elimination.

Pit: Ring My Bell
Players will be placed in separate lanes in the pit, each closed in by two mattresses. On TJ's signal, players must run across the lane and hit the mattress with enough force to ring a bell. The player to first do this 50 times will win while the loser and their bloodline will be eliminated.
