Czechmate is the season finale of The Challenge: Cutthroat.
Description[]
After a tough Gulag showdown, the finalists set off on the "Czech Point" challenge, an epic test of endurance that sends two players to the hospital as they vie for their share of $120,000.
Elimination[]
Gulag: Pole Me Over
Players have to grab a pole, and push their opponent backwards toward their own barrels. The first player to knock over their opponent's barrels twice wins.

Final Challenge[]
Location: Prague, Czech Republic
Final Challenge: Czech Point
For the Final Challenge, teams will have to run through multiple checkpoints to reach the top of the Bezděz Castle. The first team to have all of their members reach the top will win $120,000 on top of the money they'd earned as a team. The second and third-place teams receive whatever they'd earned as a team.
Checkpoint 1: Seeing Spots
Each team has to designate one player to stand in front of a wall containing five white targets, while another must shoot the targets with a paintball gun. Once all five targets are hit, the team can advance.

Checkpoint 2: So Tired
Teams have to roll oversize two tires on the tarmac to the next checkpoint.

Checkpoint 3: Down and Dirty
Players have to slide through an obstacle course containing a dirt pit at the end. Once all members have finished, their team can advance.

Checkpoint 4: Free Ride
Teams will have to carry a teammate (or dummy) on a medical horse to the next checkpoint. Teams can swap out who lies on the horse.

Checkpoint 5: Hard Wood
Each team must transfer a pile of wood to the top of a hangar in a designated area. Once all wood was transferred, their team can advance.

Checkpoint 6: Sign Language
Each team has to memorize the placement of a sign post containing Czech road signs, then crawl through an obstacle course through mud and under barb wire, and swim through a lake to reach an empty sign post. Each team has to slide a series of Czech road signs through a pole to duplicate the sign post at the checkpoint. If a team slides in each sign correctly, they can advance, otherwise, they have to return to the original checkpoint. Once they have finished, they must race to the top of the Bezděz Castle.

- ↑ Paula was disqualified for repeatedly grabbing the boundary chains in the Gulag, after host TJ forewarned her that doing so would result in a disqualification; therefore, Emily was declared the winner by default.
- ↑ Both Abram and Sarah were medically disqualified during Checkpoint 4 due to collapsing from exhausion. The Grey Team continued without them.
