On Are You the One?, she pursued a relationship with Eddie -- even though he had just been matched with her best friend on the show, Kam. Needless to say, that move did not end well for Alicia, as both her friendship with Kam and her relationship with Eddie inevitably came to an end. Alicia is eager to overcome her fear that everyone now only sees her as a boyfriend-stealer and prove herself this season on The Challenge. |

- Alicia appeared on MTV's Ex on the Beach 1 alongside Angela Babicz, Chase McNary, Cory Wharton, Derrick Henry, Faith Stowers, and Paulie Calafiore. She entered the beach in Episode 3 as Cory's ex and her other ex was Derrick. She was eliminated in Episode 4, but she returned in Episode 6 as one of the singles following Tor'i Brooks' elimination.

- Alicia was originally on the initial cast of Dirty 30 but dropped out the night before departure due to a medical emergency. She was replaced by Jenna Compono. Her picture can be seen in the cast mural in the Redemption House.
