- Faith quit during the first week after getting into an altercation with other contestants and feeling unsafe in the house.
- Zahida left the competition due to a family emergency.
- CT, Dee, Ninja, and Turbo arrived after their fellow contestants as part of a twist.
- Wes lost to Bear in a variation of "Balls In."
- Turbo threatened to kill Jordan during a heated altercation and was sent home by production.
- Eliminations matchups involve US vs US, UK vs UK, and US vs UK.
- Elimination winners are given the option to switch teams.
- Teams were split into pairs during some sections of the game.
- The Final required each team to have four people regardless of gender and four players were purged. Three from the US team (Ashley, Kam, and Leroy) and one from the UK team (Tori).
- Jordan proposed to Tori during filming.
- Georgia Steel was supposed to be on the cast but had to drop 2 days before and was replaced by Esther.
